Rin Chair

The Japanese designer, Hiromichi Konno has created the RIN™ chair for Fritz Hansen; an elegant and futuristic design. The Japanese word RIN means an appearance that is stunning, elegant and courageous. The idea is to create a new type of chair that is in harmony with Japanese and Danish design traditions. Hiromichi Konno (*1972) is a Japanese designer with an international touch. He has studied both in Japan and Sweden and also lived in London for many years.
The multifunctional chair can be paired with a wide range of tables. Currently the moulded seat shell is available in black or white plastic. The frame is a 4-legged star-shaped base made of polished aluminium and a polished pedestal made of steel. Optional upholstered seat, moulded foam 8mm thick.
