The Table Series

The table series includes the Superellipse, supercircular, circular, square and rectangular tables.
The bases may be span legs, shaker base, 4 or 6-star pedestal. The top is white, grey or black laminated synthetic material or beech, light oak or walnut .
The top has bevelled edges with a matt-polished aluminium edge; the veneer tops come with veneer edges, however the walnut table is also avaiable with an aluminium edge. The series includes a wide range of sizes and different heights.
The span legs are either chromed or satin chromed steel, the pedestal is satin-polished with chromed feet, the shaker base is satin-polished aluminium.
The series was designed in 1968 by Danish Piet Hein with contributions to the base design by Bruno Mathsson and Arne Jacobsen.
