Borks Patenttavler AS is one of the leading manufacturers for board systems used in conference rooms, meeting rooms and classrooms, where function, quality, design and practicality are decisive parameters. The innovative company was founded in 1898 in Kolding, Denmark and has become a trendsetting, global player for board systems used in meetings, seminars and workshops. Borks specialises in wall-mounted units and offers a diverse portfolioof furnishing for presentation venues. The modern factory and administrative building, which comprise an area of 5700 square meters, are located in an area of natural beauty just outside of the town of Kolding. Borks exports approximately 50% of its production and is primarily known in Scandinavia and the Netherlands as well as Germany, Switzerland, Austria and Great Britain.
Borks Patenttavler AS works together with a broad network of partners such as architects, designers, interior design consultants and contractors – a collaboration characterized by professionalism, ethics, and respect. Several of the products were designed in collaboration with Friis & Moltke Design MAA MDD BDA, which has resulted in Borks receiving a number of international awards.
